We are excited to announce that we have merged the accountancy practice of David S Brooks into our new arm of the Wealthfarm Group, Wealthfarm Accountants.
We're taking part in the Risk Ride for MS Research Australia, a 400km ride along the Great Ocean Road, from Mt Gambier to Lorne to raise much needed funds for MSRA. MSRA aims to raise funds and accelerate research that contributes to the world-wide effort to solve MS. Please help us make a difference through a donation, big or small.
Make-A-Wish® Australia has been granting wishes to children and young people with life threatening illnesses since 1985.
Wishes bring magic, joy and hope to these children and their families, as well as unforgettable experiences.
Make-A-Wish® Australia are the only children’s charity in Australia that focuses solely on Wish granting.
Variety - The Childrens Charity
Variety has its roots in the entertainment industry but its core is the community. People from all walks of life, throughout the state, can contribute and experience the joy of helping children in need.
In 2009, Wealthfarm sponsored a Variety Bash Car.
What is the Bash? The Variety Bash started as a drive in the outback with a few mates. In 1985, Adventurer Dick Smith took a group of intrepid motorists from Bourke to Bourketown in their old cars, raising money for charity along the way.
Where Does the Money Go? During the Bash, Variety makes donations of equipment or facilities to many local communities. Bash organisers use local community groups wherever possible to provide the catering for Bash participants, by helping them to raise funds for children in the area. Funds are used to purchase equipment, facilities or tangible items which directly benefit the recipient. An Appeals Committee assesses each individual request for assistance.
Ayla's Rainbow Foundation.
The foundation is currently going through the process of being endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office and will soon be able to offer tax deductions for all donations over $2.
Ayla's Rainbow Foundation has been created to raise much needed funds to assist Ayla and other families with children who have a Neuro Migrational disorder, such as Polymicrogyria.
Wealthfarm proudly sponsored the 2009 Charity Race Day for the Rainbow Foundation.
